Rashida Zakir

Rashida is a Solicitor in the Property Department specialising in both commercial and residential property.  She acts for a variety of clients ranging from high-net-worth individuals to corporate entities both onshore and offshore. 

Rashida advises on sales and purchases of freehold / leasehold properties, refinancing, landlord and tenant matters as well as auction and new build properties.  She has recently acted for a client opening their first retail outlet in London specialising in Turkish confectionery and known to be the 2^nd largest confectioner in Turkey.  She regularly acts for lenders on loans to borrowers ranging from £500,000 to £20,000,000.  

Rashida is fluent in Gujrati and some basic Hindi.  In her spare time, she enjoys volunteering at her local Mosque in regular community clean ups, organising charity events and helping out generally in the running of the Mosque.  She also loves travelling the world in search of “off the beaten track locations”.
