It is with a heavy heart and extreme and profound sadness that we share with you that our dear friend, colleague and managing partner Oluwole Osibona, passed away on 4 February 2026.
Osborn, as he was known to all of us, has been the life and soul of our firm almost since its inception having joined Freemans shortly after Howard started the practice in 1995, and meant a great deal to many of us, both professionally and personally.
Osborn was a kind and gentle person who was a superb lawyer, and a brilliant mentor to many.
Osborn’s passing is a significant loss for the Freemans Family and far, far beyond.
Osborn will be deeply missed, and we extend our most sincere condolences to Osborn’s family.
