PQE Property Litigation Solicitor
Freemans Solicitors are urgently seeking a 3-year PQE Property Litigation Solicitor, or Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives.
This role is partially to support our busy property litigation department, and also to run an existing case load.
Freemans Solicitors is an award-winning firm of solicitors based in the heart of the legal district in Central London, close to the Inns of Court and both the Royal Courts of Justice and The Rolls Building.
The closing date for application is 30 September 2026.
The ideal candidate will have experience of :
- Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 lease litigation.
- Dilapidations
- Residential tenancy litigation
- Neighbour and land ownership disputes
- Enfranchisement applications
- First Tier Tribunal
The ideal candidate will :
- be a team player,
- understand the importance of and practice good file hygiene
- be actively involved in business development
- have a strong history of billing and cost recovery

Costs Assistant required
Part-time post 2-3 days a week with immediate start. Must have experience of Legal Aid Billing, preferably with experience of Family Law, however, some training will be provided.
Job will include fixed fee billing, preparing bills for uploading to CCMS and dealing with disbursements and POA’s.
