What they say about Cheryle

(Cheryle)...I would like to express my sincere gratitude for all the support and assistance you provided to me during the time I was detained in Wood Green, when I was represented by Simon Shoreman. I deeply appreciate your professionalism and the way in which you handled my case. I am pleased to know that the police will ultimately take no action against me and that this matter has now been fully closed. I am very grateful for everything you did for me during that difficult time, and for the peace of mind you have given me with the resolution of the case. Please accept my kind regards and my most sincere thanks.
Having been apprehended by the police (via a phone call), and asked to attend for a “voluntary” interview, I was uneasy for days beforehand and not sleeping at all for trepidation. However, I phoned around until eventually I found Freeman’s and in particular Cheryle & Simon!! An absolute godsend, I was immediately put at ease by Cheryle’s warm and welcoming phone manner, her expertise & knowledge but mainly the efficiency and professionalism afforded with an added personal touch when required. Information and details surrounding my interview were quickly obtained and my mind put at ease swiftly. Sleep returned! Simon attended my interview and was equally impressive. He had a watertight knowledge of the law and my case, in particular the options available and all consequences of said options. Aside from his knowledge I found Simon to be an honest, and hugely likeable individual with a very client-centred approach which I fully appreciated. Whilst I don’t intend to have any future run ins with the Met, rest assured I know exactly who to use as my legal representative from here on in, should any legal matters arise.
I can’t recommend Cheryl at Freemans highly enough. She has been incredibly supportive throughout my case and made a difficult time so much more manageable. Cheryl took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions with patience, and made sure I understood every step of the process. Most importantly, I truly felt that she had my best interests at heart. Her professionalism, empathy, and dedication have made a huge difference, and I’m so grateful for everything she’s done. Thank you, Cheryl!
