Admitted as a Solicitor in 1998, Esat is a real estate lawyer. He advises clients on legal strategy and tactics, and on a broad range of complex property issues. He has particular expertise (acting for both seller/buyer-landlord/tenant) in dealing with:

• Acquisitions and disposals of commercial property including retail, industrial, office and central London surgeries, and residential investment property
• Lettings including leases and other associated matters for all types of commercial property, mixed-use properties and residential property
• Commercial Landlord and Tenant work including 1954 Act lease renewals

Before joining the firm, Esat practised in firms in the City and central London.
