Hannah Sladen is a Supervising Solicitor-Advocate with over ten years’ experience working in immigration, asylum and human rights matters in the UK and Commonwealth countries in Asia, Africa and the Caribbean.
Hannah has a wide range of experience and expertise in international protection cases including revocation and exclusion, deportation, human rights, nationality law, European Rights of Free Movement, the Points Based System, and general immigration matters including visitor visas, and family members.
She is Level 2 accredited, with supervisory status under the IAAS Law Society Accreditation Scheme providing advice, representation and advocacy in Immigration and Asylum cases.
Hannah holds an LLB in Law, as well as an LLM in Professional Legal Practice and an MA in International Security and Conflict Studies, including modules in International Law and International Human Rights Law.
