Holly Prentice

Holly is a Solicitor in the Family Department.

Holly qualified as a Solicitor in March 2026, having  trained at Freemans Solicitors supervised by Nina Hansen.

Since qualification, Holly continues to assist Nina on her complex private international and domestic law children matters. Holly independently advises on both private law and public law matters, including the PLO process.

Holly is a member of the Firm’s vibrant charity committee.

Holly studied at the University of East Anglia, achieving a First Class Degree in History. She completed the GDL in 2019 and the LPC LLM at the University of Law in 2024 with distinction.  In 2020 Holly joined the Firm as a paralegal in the family department but also trained in the criminal defence department and in the property department.
