After qualifying in Leeds in 1985, Howard came to London the following year. Initially specialising in litigation, in 1989 Howard decided to concentrate on property and property/business related matters.
His litigation background has been invaluable in helping to deal with the many disputes that often arise in property/business transactions and to prevent problems arising in the first place.
After being a partner in a larger firm, Howard set up Freemans in 1995.
He specialises in all types of property transactions and has particular expertise in commercial leases, investment and development sales and purchases. Howard has built his reputation on personal client care, speed of response and attention to detail.
Howard is married with two children. He has a great love of sport although now it is mainly watching rather than playing. Hailing from Blackpool he was originally a supporter of Blackpool Football Club but now he is now a passionate fan of Watford Football Club. Howard is a former Chairman of his local synagogue.
