Katarzyna Jurkun qualified as a Solicitor in October 2014. Katarzyna joined Freemans Solicitors in April 2019 as a Solicitor in Immigration Department.
Katarzyna specialises in assisting individuals on a wide range of immigration law issues including asylum and human rights cases, asylum appeals, deportation matters, domestic violence applications, EEA applications, unaccompanied asylum seeking children applications, victims of trafficking, entry clearance applications, further leave to remain applications and judicial review.
Katarzyna also has litigation work experience in the First Tier Tribunal and Upper Tribunal. She is Level 2 accredited, with supervisory status under the IAAS Law Society Accreditation Scheme providing advice, representation and advocacy in Immigration and Asylum cases.
Katarzyna deals with a mixture of private and publicly funded matters and frequently undertakes her own advocacy. She is seen by her clients as committed and has an ability to see the bigger picture.
Katarzyna has always devoted her legal work to achieving the best possible outcome for her clients. She has acted for a variety of clients and she is a passionate believer in helping the most vulnerable and those with unmet needs.
Katarzyna Studied law at London Metropolitan University obtaining LLB in Law and completed the Legal Practice Course at the University of Westminster in London.
