Lida Nguyen

Lida qualified as a solicitor in Freemans’ property department in 2024.

She has experience in freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, lease extensions, remortgages and transfers of equity. As well as standard transactions Lida has been involved in complex matters involving the Crown Estate providing exceptional client service by maintaining a chain of communication to keep clients updated throughout the process.

In addition to her legal qualifications, Lida studied medical engineering at Queen Mary, University of London and obtained a postgraduate certificate in education from UCL.

She previously had a career in teaching which has honed her skills in catering for individual needs and her experience in planning law enables her to understand planning related matters within the context of property law which ultimately benefits clients.

Lida enjoys travelling and spending quality time with her husband, son and members of her family. She is multilingual and has varying degrees of understanding of Cantonese, Japanese and Vietnamese.
