What they say about Mark

I would like to emphasise that Mark Kosmin is obviously a very considerably talented solicitor. Obviously he has competitors who are certainly as good and well known as him but he is up there as one of the market leaders. I would recommend anyone to take their case to him. I particularly valued his thoroughness, calmness under fire and skill in dealing with a difficult client’. (2023 Edition of The Legal 500)
Mark Kosmin handled my case with dignity, empathy, and thoroughness. He always set realistic expectations and I was very satisfied with his advice and the overall service that I received from Freemans.
Freemans has strength in depth across all areas of family law. Rather than becoming a niche practice, they have maintained a presence across all areas of family law, and offer experience at all levels. Nina Hansen is the doyen of international family lawyers. She has the ear of judges and is hugely respected. Mark Kosmin and Gina Stavrou (finance) are both stand out junior partners’. (2023 Edition of The Legal 500)
