Nathan is a solicitor in the Property Department specialising in the sale and purchase of residential and new build properties, acting for individuals, investors, developers and UK and offshore companies.

He also deals with the sale and purchase of commercial premises and the renewal of commercial leases.

Nathan has expertise in the field of leasehold enfranchisement, advising on both collective enfranchisement and lease extensions, where he has acted for both landlord and tenant.

Nathan became a Partner in 2008.

When away from the office Nathan enjoys spending time with his wife and two children.  He is a keen viola player and has a broad interest in magic.
