Also known as Wole or Osborn, he obtained a BA Hons in Philosophy in 1985, an LLB in 1990 and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1992. Osborn became a Solicitor of England and Wales in 1998.
Osborn joined Freemans in 1996 and became a Partner in 1998. He is currently the firm’s Managing Partner. He also has experience in Sports Law and has been involved in various football transfer deals.
Osborn has practised Immigration Law for over 25 years and deals with all areas of the Points Based System including Business applications, European Rights of Free Movement, Asylum and Human Rights applications, Detained cases and Deportations, Visitors and Students, Family Members, Appeals, Judicial Review and British Nationality.
Osborn became a member of the Law Society Immigration Panel in 2001. He was also a member of the Legal Services Commission Funding Review Committee and is currently a member the Immigration Law Practitioners Association (ILPA). Osborn is a Solicitors Regulation Authority Supervisor and holds a Level 2 LSC Accreditation Certificate.
Osborn’s hobbies include playing table tennis and football. He speaks fluent Yoruba.
