Praise Davies

Paralegal

Praise works as a paralegal in the Immigration Department.

She has worked closely with the partners on applications for leave to remain, bail applications to the First-Tier Tribunal, and drafting representations to the Home Office .

Praise also has a wide exposure to complex casework including, criminal deportation cases, appeal hearings in the First-Tier Tribunal, judicial review applications, unlawful detention claims in the High Court, civil claims in the County Court, asylum and immigration appeals, pre-action protocol letters, administrative review, and error of law challenges from the First-Tier level to the Upper Tribunal.

She has the ultimate ‘can do’ attitude.

Praise studied law at Cardiff University and obtained an LLB Law with a distinction award for employability and leadership.

Prior to working at Freemans, she worked as a volunteer for the Streetlaw project in Cardiff, where she prepared litigants for hearings.

During her free time, Praise loves writing, public speaking and singing.
