Rebekah studied law at Oxford University, and has over 20 years’ experience as a family solicitor. She is also a Law Society accredited Family Mediator, and Collaborative Lawyer.
After developing a successful practice in North London, Rebekah joined Freemans as a Consultant in March 2016 to share her extensive knowledge and skills.
Rebekah’s practice focusses on advising on financial claims upon divorce, and on arrangements for children. As an experienced Collaborative lawyer and accredited Mediator, Rebekah favours a constructive and non-confrontational approach to resolving conflict, and one, where children are involved, puts them at the heart of the process.
First and foremost, Rebekah recognises the challenges that her clients are facing going through divorce and separation, and her main objective is to provide a personal service that is tailored to her clients’ needs.
As a former commercial litigation partner of the leading international law firm Nabarro, Rebekah has solid experience of taking effective court action, whether in respect to complex financial claims, or arrangements for children.
Rebekah is a member of Resolution, and follows a code of practice that promotes a non-confrontational approach to family problems. She is also a registered member of the Family Mediation Council, and the Family Mediators Association.
Rebekah is a founder member of the North West London Collaborative practice group, and has acted as its liaison officer since its foundation.
Rebekah also runs her own family mediation service called Evolve Family Mediation, based in Watford.
