Simran joined Freemans Solicitors in November 2025 as a Senior Associate Solicitor in the Dispute Resolution team. She specialises in Commercial, Property and Civil disputes.
Simran advises on a variety of disputes, including complex contractual disputes, debt recovery, personal & corporate insolvency, misrepresentation, defamation, professional negligence, TOLATA claims, landlord & tenant matters and more.
Simran’s approach is pragmatic and commercially focused. She understands that most clients value results and closure over lengthy and costly arguments. She works to resolve disputes as efficiently and constructively as possible and she takes pride in giving clients clear, strategic advice tailored to their goals.
In the first instance, Simran will explore the quicker and more cost-effective option of settling matters, without having to involve the Courts at all. She engages in negotiations, often with successful outcomes. However, should a matter proceed to Court, she has the necessary experience to deal with matters in the County Courts and the High Court.
