Stephen Sasto

Stephen was educated at Witwatersrand University, Johannesburg, and qualified as a solicitor in 1981. He was one of the founder partners of Sasto & Klinger which merged with Freemans on 1st April 2015.

Stephen’s specialist areas of work include the sale and purchase of private companies and businesses, acting for directors and shareholders in private companies, shareholder agreements, joint ventures, corporate and property finance, general commercial contract work, commercial and residential property acquisitions and sales, and all areas of commercial and residential Landlord and Tenant Law as well as Probate, estate planning, administration and Will drafting.

He also acts for members of the dental profession and in the purchase and sale of care/nursing homes for the elderly.

Stephen is married with two sons. He enjoys all types of sport – in particular football and golf.
