Russell Henry

Russell is a Paralegal in the Firm’s Dispute Resolution and Litigation Department. He has over 10 years’ experience of helping clients to resolve their disputes.

Russell regularly assists clients in a broad range of residential and commercial landlord and tenant matters, in which he adopts a robust but commercially pragmatic approach. He has particular expertise in the various disputes that can arise out of the recovery of possession of commercial premises and the renewal of business tenancies under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954.

Russell obtained his law degree from Trinity College, Oxford University before completing the professional training required to become a Barrister.
